Meet Dr. Jugan

Milan Jugan, DMD, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has been practicing at Desert Maxillofacial Center in the Coachella Valley since 2013. A Pittsburgh native and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, he completed his surgical residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and advanced fellowship training in facial cosmetic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Jugan served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a general dentist, oral surgeon, and oral surgery residency instructor, gaining extensive experience in facial trauma and reconstruction while deployed aboard multiple naval vessels and in support of combat operations. He is a diplomate of both the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, has served as an examiner for the ABOMS, and is an active contributor to professional education and literature in his field.
